PURPOSE:To set the revolution of a driven shaft within a prescribed range independently of the variation of the engive revolution by forming a cam hole on one pipe aprt of the inside wheel and the outside wheel of a pulley and installing a cam pin projectingly onto the other pipe part so that said cam pin is opposed to the inclined surface of the cam hole. CONSTITUTION:The pipe part 10a of an outside wheel 10 is fitted in slidable ways onto the outer peripheral surface of the pipe part 8a of an inside wheel 8. A cam hole 12 is formed on the pipe part 10a, and a cam pin 14 axially supported onto the pipe part 8a is positioned in the cam hole 12. The inclined surfaces 12a and 12b formed in the cam hole 12 are inclined at nearly 45 deg. with respect to the center shaft line of the pipe part 10a. The inside wheel 8 is urged towards the outside wheel 10 by the springy force of a spring 16.
