Each impact machine has detachable tools. Each tool is reciprocated by a piston. Each tool has a surrounding hard grip of an elastic material. The gripper has an internal sleeve of low friction material. - The device (1) holds a tool (12) which is moved backwards and forwards by a piston (20) in a cylinder housing (17). The hand grip (3) has a low friction sleeve (4) e.g. PTFE. The hard grip is made of an elastomer of softness 20-60 Shore.
