PURPOSE:To make easier the fabrication of iron bars and formwork as well as shorten the period of construction by a method in which a net corrugated plate formed by molding a net material is erected on the line on which a concrete slope frame is to be set and cement mortar is coated on the net corrugated plate. CONSTITUTION:A net corrugated plate 1 is formed by molding an expand latch of galvanized sheet iron into a corrugate form and forming iron bar grooves 2 on the upwide face. The net corrugated plate 1 is erected on the line on which a concrete slope frame is to be set, and vertical iron bars 3 are hooked 4 to the iron bar grooves 2. Anchors 5 are then driven and combined with the vertical iron bars 3, the net corrugated plate 1a is set sidewards, and both ends of the plate 1 are combined with the existing net corrugated plate 1. Cross iron bars 3a are set on the iron bar grooves of the net corrugated plate 1a and bound with the vertical iron bars 3 and the anchors 5 to complete a disposable formwork for slope frame. Cement mortar is coated to cover the disposable formwork, and thereby a concrete slope frame is completed. |
