PURPOSE:To make it possible to uniformize the thickness of a printed film, in a screen printing press for printing print wiring, by deforming the rotation of a motor to deformed linear motion with constant velocity by a cam as the forward and backward drive mechanism of a squeegee. CONSTITUTION:A squeegee 10 is fallen by extending an air cylinder 12 and printing ink 30 applied to a screen 8 is pressed to the article 30 to be printed on a receiving table 2 through said screen 8. In the next step, when a boss 22 is rotated by a motor 26 to allow guide rods 17a, 17b to advance toward left through a rib cam 21 and cam followers 20a, 20b, the squeegee 10 advances while performs deformation linear motion with constant velocity and prints the pattern of the printing body 7 of the screen 8 on a print base boad 3. By this method, the thickness of a printed film is made uniform by motion with constant velocity and a printing time is shortened to enhance efficiency. |
