PURPOSE:To easily secure the accuracy of the level and position of a strip foundation by a method in which a corner foundation beam is made up of a base, corner iron bars for reinforcement having outwardly projected end portion, and anchor holes and is precast. CONSTITUTION:A precast concrete reinforced concrete corner foundation beam 1 of an L-shaped planar form, in which reinforcing corner iron bars 2 precast integrally with a base 11 are buried, their ends are projected to the outside, and anchor holes 4 are provided in the upper part, is made up. The corner foundation beams 1 are set on site, the ends of the corner iron bars 2 of the each corner foundation beam 1 are connected with general reinforcing iron bars 8 and 9 fabricated in advance, and a formwork 7 is set between the corner foundation beams 1 to surround the general reinforcing iron bars 8 and 9.
