PURPOSE:To reduce the labor of tester by connecting a rotor to vertically move an elevating base to a rotary shaft through an one-way clutch mechanism in such a way as to enable it to turn only in the ascending direction. CONSTITUTION:When a prime mover is turned to the right direction and a rotary shaft 11 is turned to the right direction, a rotary drum 14 is put in a freely turnable state by an one-way clutch mechanism 15 and the shaft 11 alone is turned. The coupling pin 36 of a drive plate 33 is coupled with the side of a plate 40 lifted up in relation to a fitting boss 38, the rotation of the shaft 11 is transmitted to a penetration rod 44, and the rod 44 is turned to the right direction and penetrated into the ground. The revolving number of the prime mover on the basis of the penetration length of the rod 44 is counted to measure the bearing power of soil. When the prime mover is further turned to the left, the drum 14 is turned synchronously with the shaft 11 by the clutch mechanism 15, and a rope 13 is wound around the drum 14 to pull up the shaft 11 and the elevating base 5. |
