PURPOSE:To obtain a heat exchanger of which cost of manufacture of partition plates is lowered without lowering the heat exchanging efficiency, by constituting a partition plate assembly consisting of partition plates of the same configulation, and by relatively sliding off gas communicating passages, being formed on the outside of adjacent partition plates, to the circumferential direction of a heat transfer surface. CONSTITUTION:Combustion gas G, rising along a combustion gas passage 9, colliding against the lowermost divider plate 11 of a partition plate assembly 10, flowing through a gas communicating passage 12 formed by a cutout 11a, flowing into the primary bypass chamber 9a as is exchanging heat with a heat transfer surface 7, flows into the secondary communicating passage 12, exchanging heat with the heat transfer surface 7 during passing through the primary bypass chamber 9a. In such a manner the combustion gas G exchanges heat with the heat transfer surface 7, and is finally discharged to the outside from a stack 17. The partition plate assembly 10 is constituted by connecting 13 a plurality of partition plates 11 being formed in the same configulation, relatively slided off from each other as much as 180 deg. so that the cutout parts 11a can form gas communicating passages 12. |
