PURPOSE:To improve remarkably the adhesiveness of a vulcanized ethylene copolymer rubber to a thermoplastic elastomer, by adding a wax to the vulcanized ethylene copolymer rubber. CONSTITUTION:A wax or the like is added to an ethylene/propylene/5-ethylidene- 2-norbornene copolymer rubber, and is press-vulcanized into a vulcanized rubber sheet. A thermoplastic elastomer sheet of a mixture of an ethylene/propylene/ ethylidenenorbornene copolymer rubber and an isotactic polypropylene, etc. is placed on the above-mentioned sheet, and both are heated under pressure to be joined. The obtained laminate can be used for bumper parts of automobiles, various gaskets, etc.
