PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness while enabling the maintaining of a vibration resistance by a method wherein after upper and lower tension springs are fixed with bent tung piece opposed to each other, other ends of tension bends with a mobile part mounted at one end thereof arranged along the bent tung piece and then are fastened on both tension springs. CONSTITUTION:Bent tung pieces 91 and 91' of upper and lower tension springs 90 and 90' are all directed to a boss 10 side to be opposed to each other and mounted on stoppers 40 and 40'. Tips of upper and lower tension bands 80 and 80' are arranged along the bent tung pieces 91 and 91' and then, soldered on respective tension springs 90 and 90'. With such an arrangement, the entire height H of the instrument can be reduced even when the deformation curvatures R of the tension bands 80 and 80' are large enough to withstand the vibration of a mobile part.
