PURPOSE:To keep always an operating frequency constant automatically by adjusting an output setter in accordance with the deviation of frequency between the operating frequency and a frequency setter when a water wheel and a generator are disconnected from the system and are operated. CONSTITUTION:When the water wheel and the generator are disconnected from the system, a switching device 16 disconnects an external driving device 11 and an output setter 10 from each other and connects the deviation of frequency between a frequency detector 1 and a frequency setter 2 and the output setter 10 by a system-side breaker 15. Operating frequencies of the water wheel and the generator disconnected from the system accord with a load connected to the water wheel and the generator and a speed fall rate set by the output setter 10. If frequencies of the water wheel and the generator disconnected from the system are different from the frequency set by the frequency setter 2, the output setter 10 is so driven that this deviation of frequency becomes zero. |
