<p>PURPOSE:To attain the automatic recording of scramble broadcast without using a timer by detecting the start/stop signal by a decoder to start and stop the recording. CONSTITUTION:A VTR1 receives a key signal which descrambles a scrambled specific program and the TV signal into which signals showing the initiation and termination parts is inserted. The video wave detection output of the VTR1 is supplied to an external decoder 2 when a record waiting mode to detect the signal showing the initiation and termination parts. Then the VTR1 receives the detected detection signal through a terminal 39, and the recording operation of the TV signal is controlled by the detection signal. As a result, the scramble broadcast can be automatically recorded without using a timer.</p> |
