<p>PURPOSE:To attain the miniaturization and small power consumption by performing the forward/reverse switching of the motor, transmitting the motor torque to a power assist gear to perform the forward/reverse switching of a tape recorder. CONSTITUTION:Both forward and reverse run of a tape are performed by changig the revolving direction of a motor. The cam parts 52 and 53 are set apiece in the forward and reverse directions of a power assist gear 50. Therefore, the revolving direction of the gear 50 is changed in response to the revolving direction of the motor. Then both a record/reproduction head and a press-contact roller are shifted along the locus of the cam part and then stopped through another locus of the cam part. In such a way, the motor torque is used to the full to attain the miniaturization and small power consumption of a tape recorder.</p> |
