<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a bulb base from being stained by adhesion of dust by mixing a certain amount of an electrification preventive agent made of one kind of an ester system substance, polyether system substance and an amide system substance into a polybutylene telephthalate/resin. CONSTITUTION:A bulb base is molded by using a thermoplastic resin, in which a very small amount of an electrification preventive agent made of an ester system, polyether system or amide system nonionic substance is mixed into a polybutylene telephtalate(PBT) resin. The amount of said mixture of not exceeding 0.5wt% shows no electrification preventive effect and even the adding not less than 6.0wt% does not change the preventive effect while when reaching 10wt%, molding properties of the PBT resin, for instance, fluidity grows and the molding mechanical properties change so that the mixing amount is limited to 0.5- 6.0wt%. Thereby, the bulb base can be prevented from being stained due to adhesion of dust.</p> |
