<p>PURPOSE:To form simply a fine, uniform and reflection preventive rough surface having prescribed thickness on the substrate surface by forming a raised synthetic resin layer on the substrate surface using a mask of a prescribed pattern for making it into the reflection prventive rough surface. CONSTITUTION:The first insulating layer is formed on a glass substrate 1 on which X-side detection electrodes are arranged in parallel, further thereon Y-side detection electrodes are formed and inclusive thereof the second insulating layer is formed. On the glass substrate 1 like this, a synthetic resin film 2, which is applied, for instance, with a photohardening synthetic resin by a spraying method or the like is formed. Next, the synthetic resin film 2 is exposed by using a mask 3 for exposure in whcih light shielding areas 3a and transparent areas 3b are formed with prescribed patterns followed by removing the non-exposed areas 2b while leaving the exposed areas 2a of the resin film 2 thus forming the raised synthetic resin layers 2a. Thereby, the reflection preventive uniform rough surface can be formed extremely simply.</p> |
