PURPOSE:To enable the optimum quantity of fuel to be supplied in accordance with a level of acceleration, by measuring a time required for a throttle valve to open at a prescribed angle from its fully closed condition so as to determine an injection quantity of fuel on the basis of the measured result. CONSTITUTION:The first switch 3, detecting whether or not a throttle valve 2 of an internal-combustion engine 1 is placed in a fully closed condition, and the second switch 4, detecting the throttle valve 2 to be opened at a prescribed angle, are provided. Then a length of time, from when the throttle valve 2 displaced from its fully closed condition is detected by the first switch 3 to when the throttle valve 2 opened at the prescribed angle is detected by the second switch 4, is measured by a measuring means 5. On the basis of the result measured by the measuring means 5, a quantity of fuel injected into the internal- combustion engine from an injector 7 is controlled by a control means 6. In this way, the most suitable quantity of fuel can be fed in accordance with a level of acceleration. |
