PURPOSE:To reduce the buzz fault of a speaker by stacking a yoke member, lubricous film, and frame member in order, sandwiching them to press between a resonance rod from the top surface and a pressure rod from the reverse surface, and placing the lower end of the resonance rod in bending oscillation or oscillation in a rotation direction to atom combine between the yoke member and frame member. CONSTITUTION:The yoke member 1, lubricous film 2, and frame member 3 are stacked in order, and this laminated body is sandwiched and pressed between the resonance rod 6 from the top surface of the frame member 3 and the pressure rod from the reverse surface of the yoke 1; and at the lower end of the resonance rod 6 bending oscillation or oscillation in the rotation direction is generated to atom combine between the yoke member 1 and frame member 3. The yoke member 1 formed by nickel chromium plating the surface of 4mm. thickness electrical soft sheet to about 15mum thickness, the frame member formed by nickel chromium plating the surface of 0.8mm. thickness iron to about 15mum thickness, and paraffin oil for the lubricous film 2 are used to impress about 18kg pressure and to atom combine the yoke member 1 and frame member 3. In this case, the tensile shearing strength of this combined part is 40-50% higher than the value of a projection welding and its vaiance is extremely small. |
