PURPOSE:To eliminate any factor for deteriorating the voltage resistance characteristic, by maching the internal wall surface of cylindrical rotor in such a shape as the fine powder generated by friction of bearing, etc. can easily be trapped. CONSTITUTION:The cross section of internal wall surface 1a of rotor 1 is machined in the form of sawtooth. With such rotor structure, fine powder from the bearing, etc. is trapped by the sawtooth areas and voltage resistance characteristic of rotary anode X-ray tube can be improved by reducing the amount of fine powder to be sprayed outside, consequently the service life can be extended up to about 1.5 times of that of existing device. |
