<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title molded article from which a film is hardly peeled off by forming a folded-back part to the film, by placing the film on a lower mold having a side core arranged thereto while superposing upper mold to said lower mold to perform the injection and expansion of an expansible synthetic resin in a cavity. CONSTITUTION:In such a state that a lower mold 1 having a freely slidable side core 6 having a notch 7 arranged thereto and an upper mold 3 are opened, a film 2 such as a synthetic resin film is placed on the lower mold 1 and an upper mold 3 is placed on the lower mold 1 to grasp the peripheral edge of the film 2 between the upper mold 3 and the side core 6. In this state, vacuum sucking is performed from the lower mold 1 to allow the film 2 to closely contacted with the recessed and protruded surface of the lower mold 1 and, at the same time, the side core 6 is moved to the inside. Subsequently, an expansible synthetic resin 5 is injected into a cavity 4 from an injection orifice 9 to be expanded to fill the cavity 4. By this method, the film 2 is oriented by expanding pressure to be penetrated in the notch 7 and a folded back part is formed to obtain the titled molded article.</p> |
