LUBRICANT TANK LEVEL DROPPING PREVENTER FOR WASTE HEAT RECOVERY POWER PLANT

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent flowing of lubricant into condenser by providing an auto- close valve to be fully closed by a power source trip signal in an executor driving steam piping. CONSTITUTION:Steam of low boiling point medium evaporated by waste heat recovery boiler 8 and stored in an upper drum 11 is led through main steam pipe 14 and main steam stop valve 15 to steam turbine 1 and condenser 3. A piston valve 20 is provided in driving steam piping for executor 19 to close fully by power source trip signal. Consequently lubricant will never flow into condenser 3 to eliminate dropping of level in lubricant tank 17, resulting in reliable lubrication of turbine or generator and improvement of safety of power plant.
