PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation separating the introduction and the discharge of a paper by covering a guide surface section in front of a paper insertion port with an openable cover allowed to adjust a paper guide from outside having an introduction inlet/outlet in an electronic printer using a long-sized paper. CONSTITUTION:A cover 13 supported with a hinge pin 22 is pushed up and rested. A long-sized paper 11 on a guideway 12 is entered into equipment at a paper insertion port. The surface of a platen 2 pressed with a pinch roll 6 is sent outside through the insertion port 20 again via a paper guide plate 10. The cover 13 is lowered and the paper 11 is pressed lightly with a guide piece 27 to tense the paper 11 properly. The width position of the paper 11 is adjusted with an operation knob 16 from outside the cover 13. In the case of a faul hold paper 7, with the rotation of a tractor 8, a paper printed is sent out through a paper introduction port 24. Thus, the separation of the paper for introduction facilitates the operation of the electronic appliance. |
