PURPOSE:To use a liquid sampling device easily for even liquid which contains a large quantity of solids by performing sampling using a sampling container equipped with a liquid discharge tube which has a tube joint part and a nonreturn valve at one terminal of a pressure container and an automatic opening/closing valve at the other terminal. CONSTITUTION:The sampling container 9 is constituted by reducing both terminals of the pressure container 10 and using one terminal as a liquid intake tube and the other as a liquid outlet tube, providing the intake tube with the nonreturn valve 11 and a tube joint part 12 attachable to and detachable from a sample collecting nozzle 3, and providing the outlet tube with the automatic opening/closing valve 14 which is opened and closed under the control of the output signal of a flow meter 2 and a tube joint part 13 attachable to and detachable from an opening/closing tube 3' provided to a liquid return tube 7'. When the container 9 is fitted, the opening/closing valves 3 and 3' at the front and rear and opening/closing valve 14 are all opened and a pump 8 operates to flow the liquid into the container 9. When the flow meter 2 sends a sampling command, the opening/closing valve 14 is closed, so the rear tube joint parts 12 and 13 are detached and the container 9 is detached to measure the weight and inspect the contents. |
