PURPOSE:To improve wear resistance of end guiding part and stability of dimensions as well as durability etc., of whole body and eliminate necessity of lubricant impregnation and facilitate forming by means of normal plastic molding by manufacturings the end guiding part with polyestersulfon resin or polyethersulfon resin containing inorganic filling agent. CONSTITUTION:In a wire guide, the end guiding part 1 is formed with polyestersulfon resin containing inorganic filling agent. Though polyestersulfon resin features high wear-resistance, addition of inorganic filling agent as an intensifier improves it further, resulting to better characteristic property than that of metals. A content of the inorganic filling agent is 5-40% in weight of the whole material, preferably 10-30%. If glass fibers are contained in the polyestersulfon resin, the wear-resistance becomes pronouncedly increased. Further, employment in common of glass fibers with powder or grains of silica, silicon carbide, glass, etc. increases the wear-resistance. |
