PURPOSE:To perform the through process from supply to combustion of waste wood chips when the wood chips are utilized for fuel, and achieve the complete combustion by arranging of a combustion chamber, a fuel supplying device for the combustion chamber, and an air supplying device for the combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:A combustion furnace is composed of a heating box 1, a fuel supplying device 9, an air blowing device 6 and a hopper 13. The heating box is provided with a combustion chamber, the fuel supplying device supplies waste wood chips for fuel, from horizontal direction, to a combustion rack 5 in the combustion chamber of the heating box 1, the air blowing device supplies fresh air from the open air into the combustion chamber, and the hopper supplies the waste wood chips to the fuel supplying device 9 storing the waste wood chips. The supplying quantity of waste wood chips is regulated by the operation or stopping of a driving motor according to combustion condition, the revolution of a blower is regulated by the speed control of a motor, thus, the satisfactory combustion is kept continuously.
