摘要 PURPOSE:To cause span adjustment, zero point adjusting, loop gain, the change of PID constant and the selection and change, etc. of a controlling program to be automatically carried out with high accuracy, while digitizing an operation treatment by utilizing a sampling control system. CONSTITUTION:When the oil pressure motor 48 and the oil pressure cylinder 50 provided in a common oil pressure circuit are controlled by the flow amount controlling valve 56 proportional to electromagnetic value, the controlling is achieved by a sampling controlling circuit 62, while feeding back the rotation number of a screw 42 and the injection speed detected by a tacometer generator 58 and a speed sensor 60, and operating said data relationally to a predetermined set value. The controlled value of the controlled system of a controlling device, i.e. the rotation number C1 of a screw 42 and the injection speed C2 of an oil cylinder 50 are detected by the tacometer generator 58 and the speed sensor 60 respectively and inputted into a microcomputer 66 by way of an A/D converters 72, 74. CPU70 operates the manipulated S of the flow amount controlling valve 56 proportional to the electromagnetic value as an operation set. Then, the zero point adjustment of the operation set and the controlled system may be also automatically achieved by the operation treatment.
