The invention relates to a weighted sleeve for training the arm and/or leg muscles of the human body, consisting of a piece of material in strip form which is wound around the arm or leg of the training person, the end of which is secured by means of a touch-and-close fastener, and which has cavities for receiving a material to increase its weight. The invention is characterised in that a tightening loop is affixed to one end thereof and in that the cavities are designed as pockets extending parallel to the axis of the tightening loop in order to receive individual weights, which pockets can likewise be closed by means of touch-and-close fasteners. <IMAGE>
