PURPOSE:To enable the adjustment of the quantity of scupper-exchanged water from inside a boat without lifting it, by fitting the lattice-shaped rectifier of a scupper body mounted on the edge around the through hole of an outside plating, so that the rectifier can be rotatively adjusted from inside the boat. CONSTITUTION:The body 4 of a scupper is mounted on the edge around the through hole of the outside plating 2 of a boat body so that a water hole is provided. A rectifier 6 made of a lattice-shaped member 61 is fitted on the boss 45 of the scupper body 4 by a bolt 8 so that the rectifier can be rotatively adjusted. A lid 5 for opening and closing a water hole is provided on the scupper body 4. The boat does not need to be lifted when the quantity of water to be exchanged through the scupper 4 is adjusted. The opening and closing of the lid 5 and the rotative adjustment of the position of the rectifier 6 can be carried out from inside the boat.
