PURPOSE:To provide an local environmental control room capable of easily attaching or detaching a blasting unit in accordance with the change in the production facilities, and working area within the environmental room. CONSTITUTION:Air-conditioned air is supplied from an air-conditioner through a dust 38, and air in an exhaust chamber 30 is absorbed into a dust preventive chamber 26 through the duct 38. The blasting unit 54 is disposed at a predetermined position in a second grate 42 in accordance with the production facilities and the like. The blasting unit 54 can form an air-conditioned zone A, a dustless zone B and an air-conditioned dustless zone C responsive to the demands of the production facilities by controlling the opening degree of the dampers 64 and 66. In the air-conditioned zone C, the air suction ratio from the air-conditioning room 24 and the dust preventive chamber 26 can be changed and the air purification degree and the temperature and humidity conditions can also be changed, as necessary, by changing the opening degree of dampers 64 and 66. Further, since the blasting unit 54 is provided in the second grate 42 in an attachable and detachable manner, a large-scale construction work is not required for the control room but the control room can be easily moved in accordance with the production facilities.
