CONSTITUTION:Components other than the heat-sensing element, a diode, a crystal oscillator, and a transistor (TR) are included in the inside of the laminated sintered body, In figure, 51 is an insulation sheet, 52 is a dielectric sheet, 53 is a through-hole section, 54 is a resistance layer, 55 is a conductor layer, 56 is an internal electrode layer for forming capacitor, 61 is a resistor forming part, 62 is a capacitor forming part, 63 is a conductor layer for external terminal, 71 is the crystal oscillator, 72 is the TR, 73 is the diode and 74 is the heat- sensing element. An adjusting capacitor changing its connection depending on the oscillating condition is selected by connecting the conductor layer 63 with a short bar 91. The conductor layer 63 is formed to the insulation sheet 51, further the resistance layer 54 is formed, said three kinds of the electric layers 56 are formed respectively to the dielectric sheet 52 and the insulation sheet 51, laminated in order and sintered.
