PURPOSE:To attain an oscillation in a high frequency by performing a switching operation responding to the output of a detecting and rectifying means and providing a switching circuit which sets the resistance of a load resistor at low level in the oscillating time of an optical oscillation part and at a high level in the oscillation terminating time of the light oscillation part. CONSTITUTION:A switching circuit B1 and a detection rectifier circuit B2 are provided between both terminals of a capacitor C. The detection rectifier circuit B2 is a circuit to detect the oscillation output of the capacitor C, and is constituted so that it supplies a detected oscillation output to the switching circuit B1 and makes on or off the circuit B1 corresponding to the state of oscillation or that of oscillation termination and selects a load resistor R of small or large resistance value. Therefore, the load resistor R is constituted with the first resistor RL1 and the second resistor RL2 and the resistance value of the first resistor RL1 is set larger than that of the second resistor RL2. And the connecting point between the cathode of a diode D2 and a capacitor C2 forms the output terminal of the detection rectifier circuit B1 and the output terminal is connected to the input terminal of the switching circuit B1. |
