PURPOSE:To take a measure to meet the situation such as retransmission from a transmitter of a sender by returning a response to the transmitter of the sender including a cause and a result only when a transmitter for receiving a multiple address communication packet frame cannot receive the said frame correctly. CONSTITUTION:A multiple address communication receiving result deciding circuit 4-7 recognizes the reception of the multiple address communication packet frame by receiving ''1'' from a signal line 4-102 and recognizes that the multiple address communication packet frame is not correctly received by receiving ''1'' from any of signal lines 4-105, 4-108 and 4-106, and outputs ''1'' to a signal line 4-109. Further, a response packet frame generating circuit 4-8 receives ''1'' from the signal line 4-109, and replaces a sender address SA inputted this time from a signal line 4-111 into a destination address DA2-2 by recognizing the sender address SA of the received multiple communication packet frame from the signal line 4-111, forms a response frame and outputs it to a data line 4-110. |
