PURPOSE:To remove burrs without cutting a portion other than these burrs, by using a reamer type cutter being floatable in the direction orthogonalized with an axial center and coming into contact with a deburring forming part, and making the cutter so as to contact and rotate around a work piece as being floated. CONSTITUTION:A deburring device is constituted of a work piece clamping device A, a burr cutting device B, a transferring device C and a gate solidified body cutting device D. A polymeric molding body (work) 1 is clamped to the device A, and a gate solidified body 4 is first cut off by the device D. After retraction of the device D. The device B having a reamer type cutter 32 is moved so as to come into contact with burrs 2, and with its rotation, these burrs 2 are removed in a manner of neither cutting too much nor leaving an uncut part behind. |
