PURPOSE:To produce efficiently a U-shaped stable by cutting the central part of the rectangular wave obtd. by bending a wire rod into a continuous rectangular wave shape. CONSTITUTION:A wire rod is bent to a continuous rectangular shape by using a device provided with the 1st bending body 1 which is provided turnably and returnably around one end, the 2nd bending body 2 which is provided oppositely to the body 1 and turns alternately with the body 1, and a backing plate 3 which grasps a wire rod 5. A continuous squave wave 30 is coated thereon with a resin 11, etc. if necessary. The central part 10 of the rectangular part is cut. The U-shaped staple is thus efficiently produced. |
