PURPOSE:To inhibit the deflection of the cut part of a thin sheet and to hold the height of a cutting torch constantly for the surface of the thin sheet always by providing the press-fitting plate moving with the cutting torch integrally in the device to cut the thin sheet with gas, plasma and laser beam. CONSTITUTION:The press-fitting plate 3 integrally moving with a torch 1 to avoid the cutting nozzle 2 at the tip of cutting torch 1 or so as to be not damaged by the cutting by making a hole on the part thereof is provided. The copy implement 4 of a copy roller, ball, etc. is fitted to the press-fitting plate 3 in order to reduce the friction between the press-fitting plate 3 and the material 6 to be cut. In case of cutting a thin sheet the press-fitting plate 3 sliding vertically with the torch 1 integrally by a sliding mechanism 5 is pressed to the material 6 to be cut. The cut deflection of the material 6 to be cut can thus be suppressed and the height of the nozzle part 2 can always be held constantly for the surface of the material 6 to be cut. |
