In this object to be controlled, a developing bias voltage, a transfer charge current, an exposure light quantity, an applied voltage to the photosensitive body, etc. are contained, and a difference between the potential of a low density part having a strong influence on an image quality at the time of copying and the developing bias voltage becomes constant in the tip part and the rear end part of a image. Accordingly, the image quality becomes constant in one image surface.
