PURPOSE:To improve fuel consumption by a method wherein a suction pipe pressure in a specified rotational angle during suction stroke is detected to obtain a spark angle in accordance with the pressure. CONSTITUTION:A step 100 introduces respective signals from a rotational angle sensor and a cylinder discriminating sensor and decides whether the present stroke of the specified cylinder is in the specified rotational angle of the suction stroke or not. In case certain specified cylinder enters into the suction stroke from the rotational angle of 0 deg. CA, the suction stroke thereof is from 0 deg. CA to 180 deg. CA, and when the rotational angle is the certain specified rotational angle, a signal from a suction pipe pressure sensor is introduced. The spark advance is operated in accordance with the vacuum signal of the suction pipe. According to this method, the optimum values of spark advance may be operated with respect to respective cylinders, therefore, the fuel consumption may be improved. |
