摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an economical detector with high speed and high accuracy by a method wherein a photosensor, which moves with the moving body, is introduced to a photodetection part which detects the reflective light from a measured part of a measured object and memories of an image circuit and a detection are simplifued. CONSTITUTION:A light projector 2 which projects the light on a measured part of a measured object 1, a photosensor 31 which detects the reflective light from the measured part and a shielding plate 8 which limits the reflective light incident on the photosensor 31 are attached to a moving body 4 such as a table. The moving body 4 is transferred near the measured part of the measured object 1. In the detection equipment 51, a center position of a hole of the measured part of the measured object 1 is detected by the signals to the moving body 4 and from the photosensor 31. A microcomputer 71, which is composed of an input circuit 11, a central processing unit 12, memories 13 and an output circuit 14, is built in the detecting equipment 51. The memories of the image circuit and detection circuit are implified by providing the photosnsor 31, which moves with the moving body 4, to the detection part which detects the reflective light from the measured part of the measured object 1, and the center of the hole can be detected with a high speed and a high accuracy.
