PURPOSE:To prepare a granulated gelatin easily dispersible and soluble in hot water when it is added to the gelatin, by fludizing and granulating gelatin powder with water as a binder. CONSTITUTION:Gelatin powder of 40-80mesh is made in a fluidized state by hot air at 100-50 deg.C, and the gelatin powder in a fluidized state is sprayed with water, fluidized and granulated, to give granulated gelatin. |
