PURPOSE:To enhance efficiency in operation, and prevent breakage of connecting members in operation, by setting positional relation between each member so as to permit two connecting members transmitting couple of forces to be operated as arcuately bent. CONSTITUTION:When two movable members 22 and 24 receive mechanical displacement having directions as depicted by dotted arrows A and B from a piezoelectric member 2 through connecting members 4 and 6, respectively, they are rotated about support shafts P and Q to generate angular displacement, and they transmit couple of forces having directions as depicted by dotted arrows C and D through connecting members 26 and 28 to a third movable member 30. At this time, the connecting member 26 transmits the couple of forces in such a manner that a plate portion between connecting points J1 and J2 of the movable members 22 and 30 is arcuately bent.
