PURPOSE:To relieve a select shock as well as to meet a demand for 2-3 speed gearing performance, by installing a selector valve in an oil passage feeding a first clutch with working pressure, while bypassing a hydraulic rising limit device only in time of N-D position selection. CONSTITUTION:A selector valve 13 is installed in an oil passage feeding a first clutch with working pressure which is fed to the cluch after bypassing an hydraulic rising limit device 37, only in time of selection from an N position to a D position. With this constitution, when a manual valve 2 is selected from a neutral position to a forward position, the hydraulic rising limit device 37 is made to be bypassed by the selector valve 13 whereby the working pressure is fed to the clutch so that in time of N-D selection, a select shock can be relieved and, what is more, 2-3 speed gearing performance can be set as desired. |
