PURPOSE:To shorten processing time and to improve using efficiency by starting payment operation simultaneously with the communication with a center at the start of payment transaction. CONSTITUTION:A main control part 150 counts up the number of sheets to be stored in respective storage parts in accordance with signals from respective detectors in a money receiving/paying device 12 and a signal from an auditing part 36 or counts up the number of stored sheets, the number of charged sheets or the number of acculately calculated sheets in each kind of money. In addition, the main control part 150 controls a remote monitor device 175 by a remote monitor I/O control part 159 and executes data transmission with a central processing unit by a communication control part 158. A money receiving/paying means control part 151 controls a money receiving/paying means 12 by signals from the main control part 150 and an auditing control part 155. |
