PURPOSE:To improve the overall sound quality by providing a sound pressure sensor sensing a sound pressure on a diaphragm or ahead the diaphragm in a ribbon type speaker and feeding back the output signal of the sound pressure sensor to the input of an amplifier. CONSTITUTION:An aperture circumference part 20a of a speaker horn 20 having V shaped longitudinal cross section is overlapped with an aperture circumference part 22a. The overlapped part is fitted to the inside face of the ridge of an aperture 26 of a buffle plate 24 with a screw 28, a base of the horn 20 is inserted to a yoke 32 having a permanent magnet 30 and the cylindrical base 22b of the diaphragm 22 is inserted between magnetic circuits 34 of the yoke. In flowing a voice current to a voice coil 36 mounted to the base 22b, the current interfers with a magnetic field between the magnetic circuits 34 and generates force moving the coil 36 producing a sound. The sound generated from the speaker is transduced into a voltage by the sound pressure sensor 38 installed nearly at the front center of the diaphragm 22. |
