PURPOSE:To relieve economical loads by outputting a disturbing signal to all channels with time division and repeating it in a prescribed cycle. CONSTITUTION:A cable coupler 22 is provided on the way of a subscriber cable 21 to which a television signal of all channels is inputted, and a disturbing signal is inputted to the cable 21 when a switch 23 is turned on. The disturbing signal is inputted to an input section of the switch 23 from a disturbing signal generator 24. Disturbing frequencies f1-fm to all the channels are outputted in the disturbing signal with time division and the period T is set to a period being an integral multiple of that of a horizontal synchronizing signal. The on/ off control of the switch 23 is attained by a control signal 25a from a control signal generating means 25. Since the switch 23 is turned on in conformity with the timing when the signal in the disturbing frequency f2 of the channel contracted by the user is outputted, the television signal of the channel 2 is not disturbed. |
