PURPOSE:To improve the clamping of an insulating bolt by lengthening the outside by a nut of the bolt, mounting a screw jack unit on this portion, pulling the bolt by the prescribed force, then clamping the nut by small force and then removing the jack unit. CONSTITUTION:An insulating ring 2 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of a stator winding end 1, a retainer 3 is arranged on the inner peripheral side, spacers 4 are arranged between the upper and lower end windings, and rigidly integrated fixedly by insulating bolts 7. In assembling, the threaded hole 10b of a screw jack bar 10 is engaged with the lengthened part of the bolt 7, a screw jack bolt 11 is then engaged and mounted in threaded holes 10a, 10c. The bolt 11 is clamped to apply the prescribed tension to the bolt 7, and the nut 11 is then clamped by small force. Then, the bar 10 and the bolt 11 are removed. |
