PURPOSE:To speed up the frequency switching response by reading data in a memory one after another and using the data as a DC control voltage for a digital-analog converter. CONSTITUTION:An output from a voltage controlled oscillator 11 is led to an output terminal 12 and a inputted to a switch circuit 13, on/off-controlled by a timing pulse and applied to one input of a phase comparator 14, where the signal is compared with an oscillation output of a programmable reference oscillator 15, digital information being the result of comparison is outputted to a logical circuit 16, and corrected data from a memory 17 is read and inputted to digital-analog converter 19, where the signal is converted into a DC voltage. Then, its DC output voltage VT is applied as a control voltage to the voltage controlled oscillator 11. |
