PURPOSE:To form correct menus by putting marks on items necessary for nutritive diagnosis in a receipt of brought foods, reading out the names of commodities and the quantity from the marks and updating a stock list in accordance with a nutritive diagnosis program. CONSTITUTION:The marks put on commodities necessary for the nutritive diagnosis are discriminated from the receipt 1 of the brought foods and the name of the commodities and the quantity are read out by a reader 2. If the quantity is unknown, the weight is found out by a weighing machine 3 and inputted. After finding out the names and quantity of all the commodities and summing with the stock, the calorie is found out by a nutritive diagnosis information recording medium 8 and displayed on a display 6. If a user inputs a required food from the display 6, a CPU retrieves an available menu, and when the available menu is retrieved, the number of persons, ages and health are inputted, so that the menu considering said conditions is printed out 10. Cooking is performed in accordance with the menu. The using quantity is subtracted and the stock is updated. Thus, correct menus are formed and caloric calculation can be correctly performed. |
