摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to self-adjust a speed control circuit by forming one resistor side of a bridge circuit which forms a speed control circuit of a DC linear motor of a variable resistance element which varies in the resistance value in response to the energized state from a semiconductor element. CONSTITUTION:When switches SW1-SW4 are all shifted to contact O side, the output voltage (-mu1ES) of an amplifier A1 is applied to a linear motor M, which is reversely moved to the prescribed position, and forcibly stopped. An amplifier A2 supplies a deviation (VX-VY) to the gate of a field effect transistor Q1 in this state, thereby regulating the value of a resistor RC. A capacitor C holds the value of the resistor RC so that the deviation (VX-VY) becomes zero. Then, when the switches SW1-SW4 are shifted to a contact 1 side, the speed of the motor M is controlled by a bridge circuit having a linear motor M, and resistors Ra, RC, RS.
