PURPOSE:To perform high production of bevel gears with high precision, to prolong the life of mold, and to reduce the first cost in the warm forging of bevel gears by performing warm die forging after dipping blank materials chamfered and cut to necessary sizes in a specified water-soluble carbonaceous lubricant to form the film of the lubricant thereon. CONSTITUTION:A descaled blank material chamfered and cut to necessary sizes is dipped in a water-soluble carbonaceous liquid lubricant at 100-200 deg.C to form thereon satisfactory lubricant film contg. no bubbles. The blank material is heated in a high frequency device quickly and forged by stamping at an appropriate temp. while retarding generation of scale. By this way, high production of die-forged bevel gear having high precision is realized without causing scale generation by the effective action of the dry lubricant. |
