摘要 PURPOSE:To rigidly secure a winding of a slot unit and a core by forming a cylindrical hot air passage wall in the bore side of the core of a winding assembly, thereby minimizing the flowout of insulating resin. CONSTITUTION:When an assembly of a winding 1 and a core 2 is impregnated with resin in vacuum, then dried and cured, it is cured in a laid state in a drying room 3. Simultaneously, a cylindrical hot air tube 4 is provided in the bore side of the core of the winding of a rotary electric machine, and a vent hole 5 is formed in zigzag shape on the upper half. A blower 6 and a heater 7 are installed in the room 3. The impregnated resin between the winding insulating layer of the stator upper half and the core slot tends to flow downward at the drying and hardening time, but the flowout of the resin can be reduced by blowing the hot air from the blower 6 from the hole 5 of the tube 4 provided at the bore side of the core.
