PURPOSE:To perform readily and precisely the metering and supplying of an adhesive resin to each end section of hollow filtering members, by filling a pot that is divided radially into chambers with the whole amount of a resin, and metering and disributing the resin by a centrifugal force into the individual chambers through which the resin is cast in casting sections. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a cylindrical container 12 of the pot 9 whose axis coincides with the rotational axis of a centrifugal casting apparatus is divided into the chambers 14a-14d by diametrically extending partitions 13 (in case a resin is cast to four end sections of two fluid separating apparatuses). The middle section of the partition 13 is formed with a notch 15 so that the adjacent chambers are in communication with each other, and resin feeding nozzles 16 are connected to the lower parts of the chambers 14a-14d at the outer circumferential wall of the container 12.
