PURPOSE:A primer composition that is composed of an orgnanosilane, an organotitanate and a volatile organic solvent, thus being used as a water-tight or air- tight sealant or adhesive for moisture-curative urethane liquid sealant or material of difficult adhesion. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is composed of (A) 0.05-10wt% of an organosilane such as mercaptoalkoxysilane, aminoalkoxysilane, vinylalkoxysilane, (B) 0.01-7wt% of an organotitanate, which is, e.g., chelate type or cordinate type and (C) a volatile organic solvent such as aromatics, esters, ketones or aliphatics. The amount of component B is made smaller than component A and the total amount of A+B is preferably 0.5-5wt%. USE:Water-tight or air-tight sealing of stainless steel formed products or their adhesion.
